Creator Verification

Before any user is allowed to publish premium / paid content on Moansly they must:

• Be 18 years old or older.
• Pass a government-ID verification check performed by our ID-verification partner.
• For each performer appearing in their content, provide a signed model release and a copy of valid government ID demonstrating the performer is 18+.

Records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years after the last date of content publication.

Reporting violations

If you believe any content on Moansly violates 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or depicts a person under 18, email safety@moansly.com immediately. We act on these reports within 24 hours and cooperate with law enforcement.
