1. Information We Collect

Account info: email, hashed password, username, display name, optional bio, optional avatar / banner.
Creator verification: a copy of your government-issued ID and a selfie, processed by our ID-verification partner. Retained as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
Payment info: processed by our payment partner (CCBill or similar). We never see full card numbers — we store a token reference and the last 4 digits.
Content + activity: the posts, comments, messages, follows, likes, and tips you create / engage with.
Device + log data: IP address, browser version, timestamps, referring URL. Used for security + abuse detection.

2. How We Use Information

To operate and improve the Service.
To enforce our Terms and detect abuse.
To process payments and pay out creators.
To send service-related emails (account notices, password resets).

We use session cookies to keep you signed in and an age-gate cookie (moansly-age-ok) so you don't see the 18+ gate on every visit. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
