Moansly complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). If you believe content on Moansly infringes your copyright, file a takedown notice with our designated agent using the procedure below.
How to file a notice
Email dmca@moansly.com with all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- The exact URL on Moansly where the infringing content is located (e.g.
https://moansly.com/post/<id>). - Your name, address, telephone number, and email so we can contact you.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice that includes your contact information, identification of the removed material and its URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Moansly may be found).
Repeat infringers
Accounts that receive repeated DMCA notices will be terminated. We maintain a repeat-infringer log as required by §512(i).
Non-consensual intimate imagery
If the content shows you in a sexual or intimate context and you did not consent to it being published — even if it isn't a copyright matter — email safety@moansly.com and we will review on an expedited basis (typically within 24 hours).
